Epic Intro – Book That Grabbed Your Attention from the First Page

81jwv2j+Y8LThe premise and tag line hooked me and the first few pages had me invested.

Dungeons and Dragons – A Fantasy World That You Would Like to Experience Yourself

9781619634442I’m changing things up and saying a different world to the Grishaverse. Prythian is a close second in my favourite fictional worlds.

Squad Goals – Your Favourite Bookish Group of Friends

9781408309513Again, trying to not say the Dregs or the Inner Circle so I’m throwing it way back to the GG’s.

The Upside Down – A Book That Was the Opposite of What You Expected

sherwoodI don’t know what I was expecting to be honest. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was.

Mad Scientists – The Freakiest Dystopian Government You Can Think Of

41LPBRNaVCL._SX355_BO1,204,203,200_I don’t read that much dystopian and I wouldn’t consider the Capitol to be the freakiest, but making kids fight to the death is definitely extreme.

Demogorgan – A Scary Bookish Creature You Wouldn’t Want Coming Through Your Walls

51jLiPizRbL._SX331_BO1,204,203,200_The way I imagine the Volcra in my head is terrifying and I definitely wouldn’t want them anywhere near me.

Cliffhanger Ending – A Book That Left You Wanting More

41951611OK. I’m still in two minds about this. Despite there being many things I’m not fond of in this book, there are still bits I want to know more about!
